Referral Program: An easy way for you to make some extra cash!
Know someone looking for a new place to live? Do they need an apartment or a townhouse? Refer them to us. If they sign a lease we'll give you $250. There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer to us, so the amount of money you can make is unlimited! We're always looking for new tenants, and we feel the best way to get great new tenants is from our current ones who we value and trust.
Search through our many properties on this site to help someone you know find a property that works for them. You will recieve your $250 reward if they sign a lease at the property where you live, or one of our many other properties.
